  • Customers walk in or call to raise a complaint, the customer care officer log in via web-browser and register the complaint to MajiVoice. Customers can also send complaints directly to
  • Once entered , customer care reviews and forwards or closes complaint.
  • Customers receive feedback through a text message once the complaint has been resolved.
